How much does shipping cost?
We offer a flat $7.95 shipping rate on all orders under $75, and FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $75 within the continental U.S. To qualify for free shipping, simply add $75 or more of products to your shopping basket and select the option for "Ground Shipping" during check out.

When will my order ship?
Please check the product description(s) for approximate shipping times. Once your order has been processed for shipment you will receive a shipment notification via email that will contain tracking information for your order. You can also check the status of your order by logging in to your account using the tab located at the top of our website.
*Some of our products are shipped directly from the supplier. If you placed an order with multiple items, your order may arrive in multiple shipments and boxes.
**International orders may take an additional 3-5 days to process and ship.
What shipping services do you use?
Orders are shipped through either UPS, FedEx or USPS depending on your location and the items you ordered. When your order ships you will receive a shipment notification via email that will contain tracking information along with the shipping service and provider that was used.
We are very proud of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt for a refund. A 10% restocking fee will be charged for returned merchandise, and any shipping fees paid are non-refundable. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

We make every effort to process returns in a timely fashion. You can expect to see a refund within 1-2 business days after we receive your returned merchandise. Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email notification with your return details.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise
If you receive damaged or defective merchandise please call us at 1-413-458-6067. We will replace the item(s) immediately or issue you a full refund.
We are required by law to charge 6.25% state sales tax for all Massachusetts customers. We do not charge sales tax for customers of any other states to which we ship.
